Lit by Miracles

A Course In Miracles tells us that miracles are natural. Through prayer, Love is received, and this is expressed in our world as miracles. For this to happen, though, I need to have a mindset of trust and faith, and the willingness to pray for miracles. When I let darkness take over my mind, and let it be ruled by fear and doubts, this won’t happen. Jesus encourages us like this:

“Be not afraid, my child, but let your world be gently lit by miracles.”
(ACIM T-28.III.8:1)

There it is. All the thoughts around fear, and the underlying beliefs, I am asked to bring them to the Light, with the help of the Holy Spirit. Then, my mind can be filled with thoughts of faith, trust, guidance, and Divine Grace. And with such a mindset, I can become an instrument with which this world can be lit by miracles.

I encourage you to try this. Let the Holy Spirit fill your mind, invite Jesus into your heart, and pray for miracles to happen through you. You don’t need to have full faith in yourself. All you need is to have faith that Jesus can perfectly accomplish these miracles through you. And I assure you, when you pray with this mindset, that the miracles will follow. By Grace. Hallelujah!
